People that Deliver (PtD) has appointed Ehijie Enato, a Nigerian Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Benin (UNIBEN), Edo State, as the Deputy Chair of the PtD Coalition.

The PtD Coalition comprises 27 member organizations, including government health agencies, NGOs, professional health bodies, and academic institutions, among others.
In a statement made available to Edubase Nigeria on Wednesday, Prof. Enato, who also serves as the Director of External Linkages and Internationalization at UNIBEN, is expected to bring his extensive experience in clinical health management to help PtD achieve its goals.
People that Deliver’s advocacy focuses on enhancing the capacity of health supply chain professionals, developing result-oriented frameworks, and promoting best practices in health management.
Prof. Ehijie Enato, who has over two decades of experience teaching clinical pharmacy, is a strong advocate for strengthening primary healthcare systems in local communities and establishing and improving health information centers across Nigeria.
In addition to publishing numerous insightful research papers in local and international journals, Enato has participated in various international workshops and training programs, including the Global Health Delivery Intensive (GHDI), a non-degree program at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston, Massachusetts, United States.
Established in 2011 and based in Copenhagen, Denmark, PtD collaborates extensively with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and other institutions worldwide to ensure health commodities are accessible to everyone.
