The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has opened its online portal for the registration of Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) for the 2025 Batch A Stream 1. The registration is open to both foreign and Nigerian-trained graduates, according to Calendar of the NYSC scheme released in March.
Registration Deadline:
The online registration which opened on Monday, April 7 will close on Friday, April 11, 2025.
Registration Process:
- PCMs are expected to register at https://portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc2/
- Click on “Fresh Registration” if you have never registered on the NYSC portal before and have not been previously deployed.
- Click on “Revalidation” if you were deployed in a previous NYSC batch/stream but did not report to camp.
After creating your account:
- Pay the registration fee.
- Thumbprinting is required. It is advisable to visit a nearby cyber café after initial registration unless you have access to a thumbprinting device.
- Ensure you complete your registration and carefully review your details before final submission.
Troubleshooting:
- If you encounter a 403 error, it may be due to high traffic on the portal. Keep trying until you are able to access the page.
- It is advisable to use Gmail or other reliable email services for quick delivery of confirmation messages. Emails from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk, ymail.com, and rocketmail.com may experience delays.
- Keep refreshing your mail till the confirmation link drop.

I want to ask, if all newly registered PCM shifted to stream 2 will go to orientation camp. I was told that, there was a over population enrollment?
