Isaac Balami University of Aeronautic and Management (IBUAM) is the first private aeronautic university in Nigeria, licensed by the Federal Government on April 30, 2025. Its main campus is located in Lagos, Southwest Nigeria. The university was founded by Isaac Balami, former President of the National Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineers.

History
The promoter and founder of the institution, Isaac Balami, first submitted an application to establish the aeronautic university in 2020, but the application was not approved at the time.
On March 3, 2025, approval for the establishment of the new university was granted by President Bola Tinubu, alongside 10 other private universities, during a Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.

Subsequently, on April 30, 2025, the Executive Secretary of the National Universities Commission (NUC), Prof. Abdullahi Yusufu Ribadu, presented an operating licence to IBUAM, thereby authorizing its immediate take-off and commencement of the admission process.
