At least 16 prospective members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) have been confirmed dead after an auto crash while travelling to their orientation camp in Gombe State.
It was gathered that the PCMs were from Adeyemi Federal University of Education (AFUED), Ondo, Ondo State, Southwest Nigeria.
The 18-seater bus conveying them crashed and caught fire, and several occupants of the bus died on the spot.
Edubase Nigeria gathered that only two prospective corps members survived the accident, but they are in critical condition.
